At YNYS we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly designed  please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction.


RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns nor exchanges.

 

RECEIVED INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you received an incorrect item or if an item arrived damaged or defective, please contact customer service with a photo of what you received and we will gladly remake your item(s).

If you received a defective item, this must be reported within 7 days of your marked delivery date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
  • If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 35% of the total amount of the item.
  • To cancel your order, please contact team@shopYNYS.com
  • Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
  • Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

 

WRONG ADDRESS/ZIP CODE?

If your order has not shipped and you need to modify your address, we can guarantee address changes within the first 72 hours of purchase. After that, as long as your order has not shipped, we will do our best to make the change. However at that point it will not be guaranteed. We are not liable for address mistakes after 72 hours of purchase.

If you entered the wrong address and your order has shipped, we are not responsible if you miswrote your address information and your order is sent off to the wrong address. We cannot refund you your order in that case.

All customer information comes into our system as our customers enter it. We do not modify any customer information without the request and consent of the customer.
